First edition, second printing. Iyengar Yoga. I believe this is a book where you can learn by observing the photos alone, due to the high level of perfection in the asanas. Although later editions were published, this is a rare 1981 edition, based on the 1980 first edition. It is an item over 40 years old, and while the main body has some yellowing, the overall condition is good. It cost ¥2800 at the time. Please refer to the photos for detailed product condition.
