I've worn this about 10 times. There are no stains or dirt. There is some pilling and a used feel. Unisex. My child is a girl, but I used to put her in this under overalls. It was very cute. This is still sold in stores. My sister gave it to me as a baby shower gift, and I'm hesitant to sell it, so I may take it down suddenly.
