I don't know what kind of tsumugi this is. I made this tonight, using something that arrived today. It turned out just as I imagined, like a Christmas-themed stained glass window in a church. It's a thick, rough tsumugi, so I think it will be warm. I've used 70cm of high-quality elastic for the waist. The skirt length can be adjusted up to 85cm.
