It was purchased new at the Hankyu Department Store railway model corner and has been stored long-term as part of a collection. Upon listing this item, I confirmed the operation of the M car. It operated well. The lights are not designed to illuminate. Accessories include the instruction manual, inreters, and everything else that came with the original purchase.
