These are Paw Patrol pants that were in a lucky bag purchased at Birthday. I opened them once for inspection and photography, but they are new, unused, and still have the tags! They are 100% cotton and have an elastic drawstring waistband, so the size can be adjusted. The ankles have ribbing.
