Blueair Blue Max 3250 air purifier, for 22 tatami mats (approx. 36 square meters). Purchased new and used for one year. Used in a non-smoking bedroom, with no pets, alongside a Daikin air purifier, so I don't think there are any oil or strange odors. I checked the fan and ventilation parts, and they are like new. The filter is also clean (there is a black honeycomb mesh on the back of the filter, so it appears slightly black when photographed from the front).
