70s Wrangler bell bottoms. The material is cotton, with a white base and red and gray stripes, very 70s. I used to style them with a red heather ringer tee in the summer. The material is probably cotton. There are no noticeable stains, but there is a small hole near the lower right hem (see photo 5). It's not particularly noticeable.
