Very old. The condition is not good. These two books are particularly bad. Condition is D on a 4-level scale (my own scale). I will also be listing A, B, and C in order. Chinese Cuisine (photos 9-14) Front and back covers are badly torn, taped, back cover is badly torn, and there is a lot of writing (not text, but more like scribbles). Meat Dishes (photos 2-8) Back cover torn. The photos are old and good, like a historical document of cooking at the time. Feel free to ask any questions (^^)
