This is the Ambi-Toy Max Pull-Along Dog from Bornelund. When you pull the string, its tail and neck wag, and it makes a sound. Max is a puppy-sized pull-along toy. My child played with this when they were small. There's a small dent on the face. The color has yellowed slightly due to long-term storage.
