The elastic is not crossed, and is attached in a way that prevents the heel from lifting. The manufacturer's sticker on the insole is peeling off on one side, but I don't think it will affect use. According to the manufacturer's size conversion chart, I have selected and indicated 25.5cm, but this is not the size of regular shoes.
