Please note that the light bulb is not included. This is a Marukan heat lamp cover. I used it for my parakeet for about two seasons. Everything in the photos is included. The cord has bite marks in about 3 places, and although the wires are not exposed, the cord is scraped. Please check the photos. I have confirmed that it works without any problems. However, please understand that it is a working item at the moment, as it is a machine. The outer box has folds and scratches, so please check the photos and consider purchasing.
