This is a harness to prevent children from getting lost. The base is blue with a design featuring white wings. I haven't had a chance to use it, so it's been stored at home. It's in the original bag it came in. It's new and unopened. Please be aware that this is an imported product, so there may be initial defects or poor stitching. Please consider this before purchasing.
