Jardinelli New York cornet mouthpiece, 7VS. There are insertion scratches on the shank. There are slight scratches on the rim that can be felt with a finger, but I don't think they affect playing. Overall, I think it's in good condition. Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to used items.
