This item was purchased previously as deadstock. The area where the drawstring for the waist is supposed to go has some wrinkles, but the drawstring was not included from the beginning. There is a slight feeling of use overall. Compared to US military field jackets, it doesn't have such a rugged feel, making it easy to wear, so I think it's a low hurdle for people who are not used to wearing military wear.
