I obtained this item immediately after the 1998 World Cup and have kept it in storage ever since. I took it out for the first time to photograph it for this listing. The shirt also has the number printed on the back, which I think is quite nice. The size is XL. Japan made its first appearance in the tournament that year, and perhaps many more people went to support the team than ever before. 1998 was a memorable year. You can wear it or display it.
