The part that rests on your shoulder is flat-woven, so it's comfortable! Length is adjustable (see images 10-13) and it seems like it could also be used on the handles of a bag. You can hang glasses, a pass case, charms, etc. on the double rings or carabiner, which is convenient (see images 8 and 9).
