This pouch may have been purchased over 10 years ago. The actual color is a darkish light blue. There are many ballpoint pen marks on both the front and inside, as I used to carry documents in it. There are no tears on the corners. There is discoloration on the coating material near the zipper and the handle used for opening. A5 size files will fit.
