This is a vermilion ink container with a 24KGP chrysanthemum crest. I understand it was a commemorative item distributed to attendees at a gathering of recipients of the Order of Merit. The chrysanthemum crest can also be seen on the underside of the lid. Please note that there are fine scratches on the sides and noticeable scratches on the bottom. The inside is stained, although the vermilion ink has already been removed. Please understand that this is an old item. The size is about 5cm.
