This is a Zara blouse. It has a black base with a petal-like dot pattern. The design is a flowy A-line, with a longer, more flowing back hem for a beautiful silhouette. The sleeves are raglan and flared, providing ample room for layering without feeling constricted, making it easy to wear. I purchased it about 5 years ago at a shop in LaLaport. It looks great worn on its own, but it's also very stylish when paired with an inner layer like a frilly collar. You can wear it in many seasons.
