This is likely a handmade blouse from the 70s. There are no tags. I bought it about 10 years ago at a vintage clothing store called FILM in Shimokitazawa. It's chiffon fabric, but it probably isn't silk. There are belt loops on the elastic waistband, but it didn't come with a belt originally. It's a very lovely piece of clothing to pair with denim or slacks.
