Antique Italian Flower Vase This item was at my parents' house, and I don't know the details, but it's an unused, stored item. It's large and has a strong presence, so it would be lovely displayed as an object even without flowers. It appears to be made by using a tool like a sculpting knife to create the design on the clay and then painting it. The base beige color is shaded with a light brown, so it's not a stain (see photos 7 and 8). There are crackles (crazing) on the bottom and inside of the vase. No crackles on the outside.
