Thank you for viewing. This is an irotec regular triceps bar. The diameter is 28mm. I purchased this about 10 years ago. I am selling it because I no longer use it. It's quite old, so there is some rust on the surface. The dumbbell plate retainers are not included. Only the bar itself, as shown in the photo, is included.
