Brand new, unused. I think it will be easy to wear because it has Velcro. I tried to put my foot in it indoors, but it didn't fit. It was too small. The metal fittings have been changed to hearts. I've shifted the Velcro slightly and will pack it with it held in place. Thank you for your understanding.
