I've only worn this a few times and kept it at home, so it's still in good condition. The size is listed as 上装66/44, which I'm not quite sure about, but it's almost the same size as my Uniqlo size 60. It has a suit-like appearance, making it suitable for anniversaries, birthdays, weddings, and other celebrations. There is some pilling from washing, but I didn't see any noticeable stains. Please check the photos. There are threads coming out from the back of the ribbon, but this is how it was originally. If you're concerned, please sew it neatly yourself.
