This is a strap made in France. It seems like they do meticulous work. The construction is solid and doesn't look cheap at all. The leather lining prevents the guitar head from dropping and should reduce shoulder fatigue. There are some minor scratches, but they add character and give it a unique feel that a new item wouldn't have. The pin holes are sturdy and it should be perfectly usable, but please note that this is a used item, so please refrain from purchasing if you are overly concerned about its condition. Thank you.
