This is a bag from the "Artist Collection" sold at Steamboat Mickey's in DisneySea around 2007. It cost about 3,800 yen. It features illustrations of Mickey, Pluto, Goofy, and Donald with Cape Cod in the background. The tag has been removed, but it is unused. There is some fading due to storage.
