Three plates are in very good condition, and although they have no labels, they appear to have been hardly used. I think this series is not often imported into Japan. The fine herringbone pattern on the rim, the calm blue color, the solid texture of the stoneware, and the simple design make you want to use them every day. Those who like Hornsea or Denby will also find this design easy to use. Stoneware is very durable, and unless you drop it on a very hard floor, it will last for a long time. You can bake gratins and pizzas on them, and they have excellent heat retention, so you can heat them up in the microwave and take them out to the garden...
