This is Smith's top-of-the-line MTB helmet, the Forefront 3. It's a size L, which should fit most Japanese men. I'm selling it because I have too many unused helmets. It's in the same condition it arrived in from the manufacturer, never even tried on, although it wasn't in a plastic bag for some reason. I personally recommend Smith helmets because I crashed headfirst while wearing a Forefront in the past and was unharmed.
