This is a belt with a buckle featuring a skull motif. I've researched it quite a bit, and it doesn't seem to be widely distributed. I believe it's a rather rare item. According to the label information, the retail price was 5880 yen. As it has been stored at home for a long time, there is some dirt on the metal part of the buckle, but I believe it will clean off easily with detergent.
