This is an Anpanman costume vest. It's size 80-90. The design lets you become a cute Anpanman when you put on the hood! It's made of fleece material and is warm!! I bought it for Halloween 2025 and only wore it a few times. It's also perfect for going to the Anpanman Museum. It looks great in photos.
