This is a custom-made Perantucci 4☆D4 re-edition with a Bob Reeves P4 mouthpiece and a 19 backbore. B shank. The rim is compatible with other Bob Reeves mouthpieces. It's in like-new condition, having only been test-played a few times after being purchased new. Comes with the original box.
