This item was purchased new on Amazon. It's an electric nail clipper that can safely care for nails of babies to adults. It comes with 4 attachments. I used it a few times to trim my child's nails and to smooth any sharp edges, then stored it. I no longer have the original box or instruction manual as I disposed of them. I will wrap the main unit in bubble wrap and ship it via either Takkyubin Compact or Yu-Packet Plus. Thank you.
