Size 6W. It seems to fit sizes 22.5-23cm, but when I, who wear 23cm, tried them on, they felt a bit tight. I think they would be just right for someone who wears 22cm, perhaps with an insole if needed. Those who wear 22.5cm might also find them tight depending on the width of their feet. If you need more details, please check with the manufacturer. They show signs of use, but I think they can still be used as tap shoes. The "Condition" is selected as "Has scratches and dirt," so please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to this. The only noticeable scratches are on a part of the sole (image 6). As shown in images 3 and 4, there is a hazy appearance on the black parts that is visible due to reflection. It is unclear whether this is dirt or material degradation.
