(Defective) The batteries were replaced, but no sound is produced. ※ The manual operation on the front makes a "boop" sound. ・ The safety guard is severely deteriorated and has been discarded; there is no guard. The footrest step board was mostly removed during use, so it's clean, and the shade is almost unused and clean, though it was taken out of its bag. There is rust, scratches, dirt, and peeling due to sticker deterioration from outdoor use. There is also a small peeling on the container at the back. Overall, it's still usable.
