This is the sticker part that came with the special stamp series "Picture Book World Series Vol. 9: Pan Dorobou". Each sheet of stamps came with 10 small stickers, and this is the part that was cut out. The stamps themselves are not included. These are commemorative stamps released on December 3rd.
