This is a light blue peplum top from index. The fabric isn't thin like a blouse; it's a sturdy material. It's not knit, but rather a smooth fabric, so it's unlikely to pill or wrinkle. It has tucks at the shoulders and cuffs, a peplum, and a pearl detail at the back of the neck, making it a cute design.
