This is a pair of culotte pants with frills. They have shorts attached on the inside. They were warm and cute in the winter when paired with black leggings. Because they are culottes, the length is short. I've worn them about 1-2 times. There are no noticeable stains, but because of the winter material, they tend to get pills easily. Even after a few washes, there are some small pills from use. They can be removed with a pill remover, but I will ship them as is.
