I used it with Wi-Fi. The specs are low, so the latest games are quite difficult to run, but for watching videos, etc., the image quality isn't great, but it should be fine. It seems SIM cards can also be used, but I only used it with Wi-Fi, so I am listing it for Wi-Fi use.
