It has been adjusted to dead slow sinking by applying a FECO-certified weight plate. There is some paint chipping from the hooks. The Chibitarel was purchased used. It has been adjusted to dead slow sinking with a lead weight plate. As shown in the images, there is paint chipping and plastic degradation, but there were no problems with its use.
