This is a 1M expansion RAM cartridge for the Sega Saturn, confirmed to be working. It is required to play certain games (such as King of Fighters '96). You may be wondering about the masking tape, but this product is very unstable in operation and was designed to only work if it's not fully inserted. I used KOF96 to confirm its operation. (The product is only the expansion RAM, and the software is not included.) There seem to have been various methods for starting it up, such as intuition, marking with a magic marker, or the postcard method, but I use masking tape as a guide. As shown in photo 3, when viewed from the front, it seems to start up more easily if you adjust the line under the masking tape to be just at the edge of the main unit. (There may be variations depending on the Sega Saturn, so if it doesn't start, please adjust it yourself.) *Because it is originally unstable in operation, please note that we cannot accept returns due to unstable operation.
