O'Neil of Dublin kilt skirt. This is a rare item, as it's made of chino material and is a solid color. It's thick and can be worn year-round, except in mid-summer. It has an elastic waistband for easy wear. The kilt pin is not included. The color is a deep navy, similar to the second color in the range.
