It is a Shingu (sacred item) used for Kagami Mochi (rice cakes) during the New Year's holidays, and is placed in front of or next to a Kamidana (Shinto altar). The fixed Sanpo comes with a red-bordered paper mat and a small plate. The small plate can be used for offerings such as rice, salt, and water. Please refer to the images for the size. Comes with an outer box. There are minor scratches due to storage, but the main body has no noticeable damage and is in good condition for use. Recommended for those looking for Shingu for Kamidana and New Year's decorations all at once.
