This is the simple bookbinding binder, "Tomezou-kun." I bought it new a while ago. I kept it in storage and never used it. There are some stains. (See photos) The outer vinyl cover is yellowed. Due to the long storage period and the fact that it has been opened, I have listed the product condition as "Like New." Shipping will be via Yu-Packet Post.
