According to the manual, the pendulum is the hanging type. We will hang it before shipping, but if it comes off during transport, please hang it when you use it (as stated in the manual). I have kept it at home after purchasing it. It is unused since purchase. Other than that, I believe it is in good condition, but as it is a personal inspection, there may be oversight of scratches or stains. Please purchase only if you understand this.
