The cordless vacuum cleaner was purchased new in May 2019 and has been used for many years. I will include the screws and tools from when I replaced the cyclone assembly. There is no "vroom" sound, and it doesn't make any sound at all. The LCD screen displays properly, and it was able to charge. The trigger was recently replaced with a new compatible one and is in good condition. I cleaned the filter and, with the filter half-dry, I set it and ran the motor, which may have sucked up water and caused the malfunction. I don't remember if it was after sucking up water, but before the malfunction, the exhaust smelled bad. Please purchase only if you understand and accept this smell. In any case, it worked properly after replacing the cyclone assembly. It is recommended for those who want to repair it themselves or for parts. It was working until recently (end of May), and there were no unusual noises during operation. Regarding shipping, I cannot ship to Okinawa Prefecture or remote islands.
