The waist is elastic and adjustable with a drawstring! It has front pockets and is made of nylon, so it's water-resistant! I bought it thinking it was made of sweatshirt material, so I've never worn it. However, I had the hem cut to a length that would touch the floor for someone who is 156cm tall.
