This is a fleece hooded poncho purchased from SHEIN in the fall of 2023. The size is listed as 18-24 months, but I think it would fit best for someone around 80-90cm. My twins wore it once when they were about 2 and a half years old, to match their Minnie Mouse costumes. There's a slight black mark on a part of the hem, but it's barely noticeable. See image 8. There are no other noticeable stains, and the boa is fluffy, so I think it will be cute and warm to wear.
