I purchased this item (used) recently and used it only once. This is the 1997 "Jinsei Game EX" (Extra) model. It is an old item, but it was purchased new at the time. It has been stored in a closet since then, and I am selling it for organization purposes. *There is a crack in the film on the outer box (see photo 4). The contents are in relatively clean condition and do not affect gameplay. The number of some instruction manual items does not match (oddly, there are more coupons). *Stock certificates: 8 sheets → 10 sheets *Insurance certificates: 24 sheets (Breakdown: Fire insurance 11 sheets, Life insurance 12 sheets, Automobile insurance 10 sheets) *Coupons: Slightly wrinkled *Flags: White ones are missing. *Person pegs: 2 short each of pink and light blue. Additional note... *When I purchased it, there was a scent of air freshener, and the box and overall item had yellowing and dents.
