My child played with these a lot when they were little. They have a warm, wooden feel and are perfect for a first puzzle. The giraffe, strawberry, and dragonfly puzzles can be removed by putting a finger in the hole on the back. The pegs also require the use of fingertips. We sorted by color and put them in and out.
