I purchased this on Amazon last January. I used it at first, but ended up not using it, so it's just been sitting around. I'd like to pass it on to someone who will use it. I haven't used it much, so I think it's in relatively good condition, but there are some scratches and stains from use, so please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about such things. Unused protective mat and instruction manual are included as accessories. It's a twist stepper, so you can train your thighs facing forward and your calves and hips facing backward, allowing you to efficiently use it for lower body workouts. It's surprisingly challenging, so you can get a workout in a short amount of time.
